Wild Animal Sanctuary Day

  • The Wild Animal Sanctuary 2999 County Road 53 Keenesburg, CO, 80643 United States (map)

Details

Join Sober Outdoors for a day at The Wild Animal Sanctuary filled with adventure, awe, and the chance to support two incredible causes! We’ll explore the sanctuary’s impressive walkways, where we can watch majestic big cats, bears, wolves, and more in a natural habitat—all while connecting with like-minded, amazing members of our community. With the Colorado fall weather and wildlife, it’s a unique way to unplug and stay present.

What to Expect:

  • Up-close wildlife experiences – Watch rescued big cats and other animals thrive in their new sanctuary home!

  • Community Connection – Share laughs and conversations with the Sober Outdoors community and get to know others who share your passion for outdoor, sober fun.

  • Support a Cause – In addition to the sanctuary's ticket, we encourage donations to both The Wild Animal Sanctuary and Sober Outdoors to help continue both their missions.

Scholarships & Carpooling
We want everyone to be able to join us, so scholarships and carpooling options are available for those in need. Just reach out, and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to be a part of this day.

Important Details:

  • Tickets Required: Due to the sanctuary’s weekend popularity, we recommend securing tickets in advance to guarantee entry.

  • Weather: This event is weather-dependent, so we’ll keep everyone posted on any schedule changes as needed.

Bring Friends and Family!
Feel free to bring friends, family, and even your parents. This is a family-friendly event that everyone can enjoy, whether they’re part of the sober community or just looking for a meaningful day out.

Let’s make it a memorable day of support, connection, and some wild encounters—see you there!
